Job Description Part-Time Receptionist at The Woodlands The following positions are available: Part-Time Receptionist, Every other weekend evenings, 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM Part-Time Receptionist, Every weekend 7am-3pm We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at The Woodlands. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on our community while providing clerical support in a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff. Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual. Receive, sort, and distribute mail. Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, and other machines. Assist with administrative tasks, such as typing and correspondence. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent. Excellent verbal and listening communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
