• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST OR WORKING IN A VETERINARY HOSPITAL IN ANOTHER POSITION IS STRONGLY PREFERRED

PET FRIENDLY A MUST!

• YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS

• YOU

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK TO AT LEAST 6PM ON THE WEEKDAYS

• Familiar and comfortable around cats, dogs, and other household pets.

Quality customer service experience (in-person and over the phone), greeting clients, answering phones, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and prescriptions, selling items that may be available behind the counter or in the waiting area, typing skills, knowledge of veterinary software Calm and compassionate while carrying on a multitude of other tasks; being able to effectively multi-task without becoming frustrated

• Monday-Friday and Alternating Saturdays
• No Sunday schedule
