Job Description

Enriching lives...... including your own! Join a vibrant team of professionals serving senior adults. We seek an outgoing, friendly individual with dynamic customer service skills, patience, and the ability to multi-task. Must have office literacy including knowledge of phone systems and computer skills. Must be comfortable with numbers.
Hours:
2:30p-11p Must be able to work every other weekend (Sat & Sun) and two evenings during the week. Flexibility to work additional day or evening shifts a plus. Work with a fun and caring team.
Responsibilities:
You'll be the first person to greet residents, visitors, contractors and staff. Answer phones, collect payments, direct inquiries to the right person, process mail, and assist with clerical projects. Give important instructions in an emergency.
Skills:
Must be personable, professional, and possess solid customer service skills. Previous office experience a must. Basic computer skills needed.
