Job Description

Immediate opening for a full time bilingual receptionist position for an ophthalmology office. This open position is full-time. Candidates will be handling all duties before and after the patient sees the doctor. See "Responsibilities" and "Qualifications" for more details Candidates must be FLUENT in Spanish and English, and be able to multitask effectively and professionally in a small office space. Looking to fill this position
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Responsibilities Include:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answering phone calls and collect patient information Scheduling patients Translating for the doctor Filing/Charting Performing medical tests on patients Looking for a candidate to be full-time (Monday-Friday) 8:45am-5:15pm Job type:
Full-time Qualifications:
MUST BE BILINGUAL
(FLUENT)
IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
Ability to use a computer: typing and navigating Microsoft Customer service (Preferred)
