Massanutten Resort Job Summary The Spa Receptionist greets and assists spa guests, schedules appointments, assists with inventory, and sells retail items while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for guests and co-workers. Must have excellent customer service and computer skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to relate to guests and co-workers professionally. Required Excellent phone skills and customer service Excellent guest-facing comportment Ability to multitask in a busy environment Must be at least 21 Preferred Spa scheduling experience on spa software Resort spa experience

Varies from week to week, including weekends and holidays

Hours:
