Job Description

Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk support and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors and callers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. You will be on call during the week when needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Based on general knowledge.

Answer and route incoming phone calls. Based on general knowledge.

Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area. Based on general knowledge.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Based on general knowledge.

Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and scheduling. Based on general knowledge.

Assist with other office tasks as needed. Based on general knowledge.
