About Us:
We are a patient-centered chiropractic clinic dedicated to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and compassionate environment. Our team is passionate about helping our community live healthier, more balanced lives, and we're looking for someone who shares that same purpose and enthusiasm.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday:
7am•12pm & 1:30pm•6pm
Tuesday:
7am•1pm
Friday:
7 am•10 am
Position Overview:
We're currently seeking a Front Desk Associate who is purpose driven, hardworking, compassionate, and looking for a long-term position in a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is inspired to make a difference in the people we serve and can thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily phone calls and text messages New patient intake Checking patients in & out Manage patient schedules Pull, prep, and refile patient files Process payments Maintain an organized and stocked workspace
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and compassionate nature Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
