We are located in Suffolk and have an excellent benefit package. This role is full time, at least 40 hours per week and in-person. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a team player and take pride in their work. Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering the phone Greeting incoming guests Process weekly packages from foremen (receipts, tickets, time off requests, time sheets, etc.) and distribute to applicable departments Matching tickets to invoices Manage invoices email - printing invoices for processing Order office and kitchen supplies Keep reception area organized and clean Process online orders for runner and Field/Shop Check mail daily and distribute as needed Provide assistance with applications to incoming applicants Special projects as assigned Assisting all departments
