One week per month (Monday - Friday)
Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$15.00 Overview We are seeking a professional, reliable, and welcoming Receptionist to join our team on a unique, recurring part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone seeking supplemental income or a consistent monthly engagement without a full-time commitment. You will serve as the "Director of First Impressions" for our office during one designated week each month. Key Responsibilities •
Front Desk Management:
Greet visitors, clients, and candidates with a professional and friendly demeanor. •
Communication:
Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate team members and taking detailed messages. •
Administrative Support:
Assist with basic data entry, filing, and scanning of documents. •
Mail & Deliveries:
Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing shipments (FedEx/UPS). •
Office Presentation:
Ensure the lobby and common areas remain tidy and professional throughout the day. Qualifications •
Reliability:
Since this role covers a specific week each month, consistent attendance during that window is essential. •
Professionalism:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning basic office software. •
Experience:
Previous experience in a front-desk, retail, or hospitality role is preferred but not required. •
Local Presence:
