Schedule:
Full-time Coradi Contracting is a growing bathroom and kitchen remodeling company in Virginia Beach. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Lead Management Coordinator to join our team and help create a professional, organized, and welcoming experience for our clients from the very first phone call. This position is a key part of our office team. You will help answer phones, greet visitors, manage incoming leads, support the sales team, keep the office organized, and assist with administrative projects. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers and team members throughout the day. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Greet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally Maintain a clean and organized reception area Receive and organize incoming sales leads Pre-screen potential clients and enter lead information into BuilderTrend Follow up with leads to collect missing information, including project photos Assign completed leads to the appropriate salesperson Help rehash older leads and revive past opportunities Monitor office supplies and help keep the office organized Assist with sales/job folder preparation Send client review requests after completed jobs Complete Schluter warranty registrations for completed jobs Help with company events, announcements, birthday cards, and special projects Monitor security cameras and help maintain awareness of deliveries, visitors, and front-office activity Manage incoming deliveries and make sure packages are received, noticed, and directed to the appropriate person Assist with basic marketing or administrative projects when needed Qualifications Professional, friendly, and positive attitude Strong communication and phone skills Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers and team members Willingness to ask questions when something is unclear Ability to speak up, follow through, and stand behind responsibilities Organized and detail-oriented Team-player mindset with a helpful attitude Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to follow up consistently and keep accurate notes Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Experience with Builder Trend, CRM systems, or construction/remodeling is a plus, but not required Administrative, receptionist, customer service, or sales support experience preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $21-$25 per hour Full-time position Steady weekday schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a well-established local remodeling company How to Apply Please read this carefully.
