Job Description

Overview We are seeking a
PART-TIME
(3PM-9PM) dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help maintain smooth office operations, manage multi-line phone systems, and support various administrative functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a vibrant team environment. Duties Greet visitors warmly, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls accurately Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and managing incoming/outgoing mail Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies Utilize computer skills to update records in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools Assist with customer service by providing prompt support and addressing client questions or concerns Perform clerical duties such as calendar management, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous administrative or clerical experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document proofreading Knowledge of office management practices including filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support while honing your administrative expertise!

$15.00 - $999,999.00 per hour
