Receptionist - ONC

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization On-call Receptionist position available for our Battle GroundMedical Clinic, and other Clark County clinics as needed. We arelooking for customer service oriented candidates. Thereceptionist will be responsible for processing patient information.

Making medical appointments and contacting patients via phone onbehalf of Sea Mar, taking messages, etc. The ideal candidate mustpossess some problem-solving skills and must be able to communicateefficiently with our patients and be sensitive to their needs. Mustdemonstrate and maintain a high level of work ethic andprofessionalism as well as be able to multi-task and properly usebasic office software.

EDUCATION AND/OR REQUIREMENT

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills arerequired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
