Answer phone calls and text messages Schedule customer appointments Greet customers and provide excellent service Process payments and maintain daily reports Follow up with customers and missed calls Keep the front desk organized Assist with basic office and administrative tasks

Strong English communication skills Excellent organizational skills Friendly and professional attitude Basic computer skills Customer service experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
