POSITION SUMMARY
The Wellness Assistants will greet all visitors, new clients and family members, answer all incoming calls and direct them to the correct department, coordinate with the Wellness team to connect clients to family calls, assist with in-person visits, receive and organize package deliveries to the front lobby, and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the reception area.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent preffered. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Must have basic typing and computer skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide phone reception services for the campus, transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate extension. Assist with connecting family members and other personnel with clients for phone or video visits. Answer front door, sign all visitors in, distribute visitor badges, notify appropriate staff. Greet all clients, family, visitors, vendors, and staff warmly. Receive all packages addressed to facility and/or staff and assist with delivery to appropriate area. Retrieve and distribute mail. Supports staff in Wellness and other departments in minor tasks that can be done during downtime.
