Front Desk & Transportation Scheduler Lacamas Creek Post Acute Full-Time | Up to $25 per Hour Lacamas Creek Post Acute is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Transportation Scheduler. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing schedules, and contributing to a positive experience for residents, families, and staff. Position Responsibilities:
Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and coordinate resident transportation appointments Communicate effectively with transportation providers, medical offices, and facility staff Maintain accurate transportation schedules and documentation Assist with general administrative and clerical duties Support daily operations and provide exceptional customer service Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Previous receptionist, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred Proficiency with computers and standard office software Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer:
