• Full-time Overview Country Animal Hospital is looking for a Full-time receptionist to join our practice.

We are a full-service, small animal hospital located in Enumclaw Washington. We believe in a quality work-life balance and are open Monday-Thursday and closed on weekends, so no late nights or weekend work. Our staff is passionate about our profession. We are looking for a team player to join our fun team and a good sense of humor is a plus! Duties Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered. Maintain accurate patient records and update client information as necessary. Process payments and manage billing inquiries with professionalism. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinic environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer proficiency. Passion for working with animals and clients. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 1-2 years veterinary experience preferred.
