The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ~ Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience required
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Experience with dental insurance verification and billing
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented ~Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Verify dental insurance benefits
  • Collect payments and manage patient accounts
  • Maintain patient records and charts
  • Coordinate treatment schedules with doctors and assistants
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients ~ Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with dental software systems
  • Bilingual is a plus
