If so, we'd like to hear from you! We are seeking an outgoing and organized individual to be the Front Desk Associate at our place of business. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and customers. You will greet and check out guests following their purchase, answer phones, directing calls and guests on site. Attitude and a warm friendly smile is critical for this position along with a pleasant and pleasing demeanor. Responsibilities Greet guests & owners as they arrive Collect and confirm guest information Answer phones, transfer calls and provide general information Process payments Other administrative duties, as assigned Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Effective communication with guests and coworkers Comfortable working with a variety of individuals Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology
