The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing customer interactions, scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Create and manage quotes, estimates, invoices, and repair orders Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians and management Order automotive parts and track parts availability for ongoing jobs Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring necessary supplies and parts are stocked Communicate repair updates, timelines, and recommendations to customers Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records Assist with daily administrative and office operations Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable creating estimates, quotes, invoices, and managing schedules Experience with inventory management and stock tracking Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong computer skills and ability to learn shop management software Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Preferred Skills (Highly Desired) Previous experience in an automotive service, repair, collision, or performance shop Previous customer service, reception, or service advisor experience Experience ordering automotive parts and working with vendors Knowledge of automotive terminology and vehicle systems Accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable/payable experience Familiarity with inventory management systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding automotive business Supportive and team-oriented work environment Why Work With Us?
