Job Description

Office Assistant/Receptionist | $20-$30/Hour DOE | Full Medical Benefits A busy small law firm is looking for a reliable, versatile, and personable Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to be a valued part of a close‑knit professional office. Location:
Longview, Washington What You'll Do Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer, screen, and route phone calls Schedule appointments and perform conflict checks Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist with copying, scanning, and document management Assemble and maintain client files Courier documents (mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate) Handle light office upkeep (trash, recycling, vacuuming, etc.) Support attorneys with data entry, document prep, filing, indexing, and binder organization What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Prior assistant/legal knowledge a plus Strong interpersonal skills; you're comfortable with clients and colleagues alike Solid written and verbal communication Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize without being micromanaged Must have a reliable personal vehicle in good working condition (mileage reimbursed) Why Apply?
