Job Description
Kulshan Veterinary Hospital is seeking an honest and reliable full-time Client Service Representative. KVH is an AAHA accredited, mixed animal practice located in beautiful Lynden, WA with a second location focusing on small animals in Ferndale, WA. Guided by our mission and values we provide our patients and clients with high quality team-oriented veterinary care emphasizing respect, dignity and compassion. Our desired applicant should be able to multi-task and have a basic understanding of front desk duties. These tasks include, but are not limited to, answering a multiple line phone system, processing payments and using veterinary management software to schedule appointments. CSRs are the first and last impression of each client's visit to our hospital. Team members must provide excellent client care while creating a warm and welcoming environment for their pets. CSRs also serve an important role as a liaison between doctors and clients. Having strong written and verbal communication skills, an eagerness to learn as well as enjoying working within a team is a must. With our high call volume, you'll need to be confident and enjoy using the phone, as well as being a great listener. We're focused on providing continuous training and support to all team members to encourage long-term happiness and success. Special interest given to those with previous call center experience and knowledge of basic veterinary medicine. Our hospital is open Monday through Saturday and hours may vary. Physical requirements include being able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and comfortably sitting for long periods periods of time. Kulshan is a drug free workplace.
