Office Assistant Position Title:
Office Assistant Location:
Oak Harbor, WA A Clean Streak is looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to help support our daily operations. This position is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting customers, entering data, and helping keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule jobs and update calendars Enter and maintain customer information Assist with invoicing and paperwork Perform general office and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Reliable and professional Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with
