Full-Time (Seasonal, 40 hours/week August - mid-December) About Us Springwater Insurance Group is a well-established, community-focused insurance agency serving clients across North Central Washington. We pride ourselves on offering a positive, supportive work environment and exceptional, year-round service. Our Omak office features a small, collaborative onsite team backed by our broader regional network of over 20 employees. We are seeking a professional, welcoming Seasonal Administrator to support our Omak office during our peak periods. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and keeping our daily office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Client Reception:
Greet and assist clients warmly in person and over the phone; manage high-volume calls and messages.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and manage office calendars and client appointment scheduling.
Office Coordination:
Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support:
Perform daily data entry, filing, and document organization.
Digital Workflow:
Utilize Gmail, Google Calendar, and insurance software programs efficiently.
Qualifications Experience:
Customer service, prior administrative, or front-desk experience is preferred.
Communication:
Professional, friendly demeanor and comfortable in client-facing environments.
Skills:
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork:
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Language:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Position Details & Benefits Hours:
40+ hours per week.
