Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support daily front office operations in Puyallup. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing essential administrative and clerical support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer and route incoming phone calls, responding to general inquiriesManage front desk operations, including mail distribution and office coordinationSchedule appointments and maintain calendars as neededPerform data entry, filing, and document scanningMaintain organized records and ensure accurate documentationSupport additional administrative tasks to assist the team and office operation
