Veterinary Receptionist

We know that going to the vet can be stressful, and that's why we're dedicated to creating an environment that is comfortable and calming for everyone. We've even set up our exam rooms as playful spaces to make them more fun and less intimidating for pets. We are currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist who embodies our ideals.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries. Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient information. Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and data entry. Handle payments and process transactions using veterinary software. Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other team members. Keep reception area and waiting room clean and organized.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting. Excellent computer skills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software. Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners.
