In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help create a relaxing environment that encourages client loyalty and satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing clients' well-being and confidence. Duties Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage phone systems to handle appointment scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups with efficiency and courtesy Schedule appointments accurately using computer software, maintaining organized calendars for providers Assist with client check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed correctly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including filing and data entry tasks Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly and professionally Coordinate with medical staff to confirm appointments and relay client information securely Skills Proven experience in front desk roles within a healthcare or spa setting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated customer service expertise with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout each day Personal assistant experience or administrative support background is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional client care while working in a vibrant environment that values professionalism, efficiency, and positive energy!
