Great Hours! Era Living is seeking a full-time Receptionist to become the newest member of our Administration team at our home office in Seattle, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 04:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
Answers phones, ensures that the main console is attended at all times. Greets visitors and guides them appropriately. Performs clerical duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Opens and closes office according to established procedures Greets visitors and residents and guides them appropriately Answers incoming calls; transfers calls; takes messages; greets visitors and guides them appropriately Manages all incoming and outgoing mail and packages Administrative filing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to answer a multi-line phone system Ability to handle multiple demands, and organize and sequence work Ability to use MS Office Suite Knowledge of basic office equipment, including postage meter, copier, printer and fax Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience:
High school graduate or GED One year's experience in a similar experience with knowledge of business administration or clerical support, preferred
