Job Description
Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities while delivering exceptional service to visitors and staff. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and visitors, creating a positive and attentive first impression.
- Coordinate office activities such as scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms.
- Distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to the appropriate recipients.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
- Provide administrative support including data entry and preparation of documents.
- Oversee security procedures, including visitor check-ins and badge management.
- Collaborate with team members to promote an organized and productive office environment.
- Maintain accurate logs of visitor entries and scheduled appointments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality protocols. Requirements
- Experience in receptionist or front desk duties, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with concierge services and handling visitor needs.
- Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.
- Ability to efficiently answer and route inbound calls.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in maintaining confidentiality and following company procedures.
