Job Description

Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities while delivering exceptional service to visitors and staff. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and visitors, creating a positive and attentive first impression.
  • Coordinate office activities such as scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms.
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to the appropriate recipients.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry and preparation of documents.
  • Oversee security procedures, including visitor check-ins and badge management.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote an organized and productive office environment.
  • Maintain accurate logs of visitor entries and scheduled appointments.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality protocols. Requirements
  • Experience in receptionist or front desk duties, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with concierge services and handling visitor needs.
  • Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.
  • Ability to efficiently answer and route inbound calls.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in maintaining confidentiality and following company procedures.
