Full Job Description Position Overview:
We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Medspa Receptionist to be the first smile our clients see when they walk in. If you love skincare, aesthetics, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe, this is for you. This is a part-time position (1-2 days per week) with flexible scheduling. (Less than 20 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients with a positive, professional attitude Assist clients with intake forms and basic check-in process Support a smooth and efficient front desk experience Handle client checkout and payments Help maintain a clean, calm, and inviting front desk environment What We're Looking For Friendly and personable with great communication skills Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented and organized Interest in skincare or aesthetics is a plus
