Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Receptionist to support a Contract opportunity in Seattle, Washington within the investment advisory industry. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a welcoming environment while ensuring front desk operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the flexibility to assist with administrative tasks as business needs require.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, guests, and visitors courteously, ensuring a positive and hospitable front desk experience.
- Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries accurately, and relay messages in a timely manner.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules, prepare spaces for appointments, and help maintain an organized office environment.
- Provide hospitality support by arranging refreshments and attending to guest comfort during meetings and visits.
- Respond promptly to front desk requests and general inquiries while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Assist with administrative duties such as handling correspondence, distributing mail, and supporting daily office operations as needed. Requirements
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing office support role.
- Ability to manage a multi-line or switchboard phone system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a courteous and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling inbound calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating meeting spaces.
- Availability to work in a part-time contract capacity.
- Proficiency with standard office technology and general administrative processes.
