We strive to bring fantastic massage, complementary medicine and spa services to all our patients and clients. We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and reliable full-time receptionist to join our team in Queen Anne and Magnolia. This is a great opportunity for a professional with a positive attitude and a desire to be part of a small and supportive team environment. We offer medical benefits (with employee contribution). As a receptionist you would represent the face of the spa, greet all customers and patients and be an essential part in helping them enjoy a wonderful experience, relax from their daily stress, heal pain and bring happiness to their day. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be a standout colleague who enjoys taking on many tasks and projects to support the team. The ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent communication skills is required. You must be reliable and committed to the success of the team . Create memorable and personalized experiences for customers by providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment. Greet all incoming guests and patients. Answer and direct all incoming calls to the proper individual. Process booking requests and appointment reminders. Excellent organization and time management skills. Being diligent, taking ownership and dedication to completing tasks. Professional composure. Ability to work in dynamic and sensitive environment. Qualifications 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
