Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously, directing calls or taking messages as needed. Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Handle data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management with precision and attention to detail. Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping. Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing customer support inquiries, and maintaining organized files. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and supporting visitors or clients with their needs. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff. Experience in dental or medical receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; a background in personal assistant or clerical work is beneficial. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in proofreading, filing, and data entry.
