We'd love to have you be the friendly face (and calm voice) that welcomes our clients - both human and feline! As a privately owned practice, we strive to create and maintain a bond with our amazing clientele and patients. We are looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist who is naturally welcoming, people-oriented, and focused on creating a positive experience for every client. Our hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, and we're closed on weekends. We value a health work/life balance, and working in a feline-only clinic means last minute emergencies are rare - most days, we are out the door right at 5:30pm.

Who we are looking for:

You're a people-person (and a cat-person!) You're punctual, dependable, and drama-free - we mean it! You're a warm, sociable individual with exceptional customer service skills Your written communication shows a solid grasp of grammar, spelling, and professional tone You've spent enough time working in a veterinary setting to comfortably field common client questions about care, medications, and scheduling.

Daily Responsibilities:

Help create a calm, welcoming, cat-friendly vibe in the lobby Interact with clients and patients with genuine warmth and compassion Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services Handle payments, paperwork, and maintain accurate medical records Be a liaison between our medical team and our clients
