TopLine Counters, a Division of Patrick Industries, is a leading provider of quality design, fabrication, and installation services for laminate, solid surface, and natural stone countertops and surfaces for kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential and commercial applications throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors while providing critical administrative support across multiple departments. Position Summary As a key member of the TopLine Counters team, the Receptionist plays an essential role in supporting daily operations, coordinating customer interactions, and assisting various departments with administrative tasks. Success in this position requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Essential Responsibilities Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and notifying the appropriate department of arrivals. Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate team members. Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel. Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and maintain accurate records. Coordinate customer Will Call pickups and complete related transactions within Moraware. Support cross-functional projects and administrative initiatives across departments. Coordinate shipping and transportation of completed projects. Investigate, respond to, and resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Collaborate effectively with team members to support customer satisfaction and operational success. Follow established company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or related experience. Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and successfully manage multiple responsibilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Moraware is preferred but not required. Sales or customer relationship experience is a plus.
