About the Role A well‑established national company in the financial services industry is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our office. In this role, you'll support daily office operations while providing exceptional service to clients, staff, and guests. The Receptionist plays a key role in managing front desk operations, facilitating communication, and assisting administrative, escrow, and title teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors in a courteous, professional manner Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages as needed Maintain an organized and polished reception area Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, filing, and document preparation Assist with scheduling and preparing conference rooms and meeting spaces Monitor and replenish office supplies Support onboarding processes for guests and vendors Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion Assist the Office Manager and leadership team with additional tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Experience in real estate, escrow, or title services is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional demeanor with a customer‑first mindset Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Dependable, positive, and polished presentation Ability to remain calm, welcoming, and solutions‑oriented under pressure Work Environment Onsite position in a professional office setting Collaborative, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused environment Taylor N.
