Position Details:

This is a seasonal, part-time role (approximately 20-30 hours per week) running from June 1st through March 1st . Scheduled hours are typically 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age due to responsibilities involving the sale of alcohol.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist guests with purchases and booking experiences via phone, email, website, and text messaging Communicate with precision, clarity, and hospitality through all guest interactions to cultivate lasting relationships Handle transactions and reservations with accuracy, efficiency, and care Maintain strong knowledge of products, wine club offerings, shipping, and compliance regulations to best assist guests Confidently and enthusiastically convey wine knowledge, history, membership benefits, and product details Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
