Chelan Ste B1, Wenatchee, WA 98801. $20.00 per hour | Full-Time | In-Person Position Calbom & Schwab Law Team is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Spanish-speaking Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wenatchee. For decades, our firm has proudly served individuals and families throughout North Central Washington. We help people who have been injured, are struggling with disabilities, or need assistance navigating difficult legal challenges involving Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation (L&I), and Social Security Disability claims. Many of the people who contact our office are going through some of the most challenging times in their lives. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service while treating every client with kindness, patience, and respect. Schedule Monday through
Thursday:
9:00 a.m.
  • 5:00 p.
m.
Friday:
9:00 a.m.
  • 3:00 p.m. One-hour lunch break daily from 12:00 p.m.
  • 1:00 p.
m. No evenings or weekends Pay $20.00 per hour Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately Take messages and communicate information to attorneys and staff Welcome clients and visitors to the office Assist with preparing conference rooms and office spaces for client meetings Coordinate with attorneys and legal assistants regarding appointments and client needs Assist legal assistants with filing, scanning, organizing documents, and other administrative projects Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish Qualifications Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor and appearance Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work well as part of a team Basic computer and office software skills Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or legal office experience is preferred but not required We Are Willing to Train the Right Candidate Legal experience is not required.
