Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

Ribellia Family Chiropractic is looking for a fun, outgoing, and energetic Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office. Spanish/English bilingual skills are required to help interpret for patients and answer calls from our Spanish-speaking community. What You'll Do Greet every patient with warmth, positivity, and professionalism Interpret for Spanish-speaking patients and answer phone calls in Spanish and English Keep the office atmosphere upbeat, fun, and welcoming Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Handle payments, insurance, and patient records accurately Support chiropractors and teammates with daily office operations Be a reliable, friendly presence who helps patients feel at ease What We're Looking For Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) A people person — outgoing, enthusiastic, and approachable Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented, even in a busy environment Comfortable with computers and scheduling software Prior healthcare or chiropractic office experience is a plus, but not required (we're happy to train the right fit!)
