In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Your energetic and positive attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. You will handle a variety of front desk duties, manage guest inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a friendly attitude Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using hotel management software Facilitate guest relations by providing personalized service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, professionalism, and hospitality management at all times Skills Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations Ability to manage night audit procedures and perform administrative tasks efficiently Previous hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with resort environments is a plus A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
