Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk professional, where your energy and organizational skills will set the tone for a welcoming and efficient environment. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your multitasking abilities and attention to detail will contribute to a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting daily administrative functions. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer support and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls accurately Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills to maintain organized records Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, and document preparation to ensure accuracy and clarity Support office management by overseeing general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and organizing supplies Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software when necessary Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous clerical or administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or dental setting such as a medical or dental receptionist role Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Knowledge of office management practices including bookkeeping using QuickBooks is desirable Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not required Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
