UW Specialty Scheduler/Receptionist Schedules Available:

Full-time 80 hours per pay period; Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Weekend rotation: No weekends Holiday rotation: No holidays

Position Summary:

The Scheduler/Receptionist position checks patients in and out for office visits, schedules appointments, completes referrals, takes incoming calls, makes outgoing calls, scans documents, and performs other administrative and customer service duties to keep the office running smoothly.

Position Responsibilities:

Check patients in and out for office visits. Schedule appointments Take incoming calls and make outgoing calls to patients and physicians. Complete referrals. Scan documents. Perform other duties as requested.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. 1+ years of related work experience required. Experience working in the medical industry preferred. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Intermediate proficiency with computers is required. Must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
