Front Desk Receptionist

Affiliated Medical Services is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to work with us providing high-quality, empathetic abortion care.

Job responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients and guests warmly and professionally. Checking in patients and processing payments efficiently. Answering phones and scheduling appointments in a courteous and organized manner. Maintaining filing and organizational tasks and cleanliness.

Skills required:

Verbal and written communication skills to handle patient and guest interactions. Proficiency in using office software, including scheduling tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing appointments and office tasks. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage last-minute changes efficiently. Approximately 25-30 hours per week. Benefits available.
