Were seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc, WI. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, youll be the first point of contact for our guests and support daily administrative needs.

What Youll Do:

Route incoming calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callersGreet and assist customers as they arriveReceive payments and maintain accurate deposit logsType memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentsProvide general clerical and administrative support as requested

What Were Looking For:

Previous auto dealership experience preferred but not requiredValid drivers licenseStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Hours & Schedule:

Mon-Thur 2PM-8PMSat 7AM-5
