Full-Time or Part-Time Reports to: CEO Be the First Face of Confidence & Care Driftless Aesthetics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and has a passion for wellness and aesthetics. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering a high-end, personalized experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out process Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently (in person, by phone, and online) Manage patient communications: respond to calls, emails, texts, and inquiries Process payments, enroll patients in memberships, and sell treatment packages Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and workspace Support client flow during procedures to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain accurate client records and ensure completion of intake documentation Promote services, retail products, and monthly promotions Ensure all daily checklists and opening/closing procedures are completed Performance Goals (KPIs):
Appointment Accuracy:
Maintain at least 98% scheduling accuracy
Client Satisfaction:
Minimum 90% positive post-visit feedback
Payment Accuracy:
Process all transactions with zero discrepancies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred Previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration strongly preferred Impeccable appearance and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Proficient in EMR systems and general computer use Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable Passion for aesthetics and wellness is a plus

Work Environment:
