Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and staff with a detail-oriented and welcoming attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform occasional scanning and photocopying tasks to support various teams.
- Coordinate communication regarding office supply inventory and requests, ensuring accurate tracking.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area to uphold a positive image.
- Provide assistance with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily office operations.
- Monitor office needs and communicate effectively with management.
- Support the office environment by taking initiative in areas requiring attention.
