Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Port Washington, New York. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication regarding office supplies. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to support the office's daily functions.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform occasional scanning and photocopying tasks to support various teams.

  • Provide assistance with additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily office operations.
  • Monitor office needs and communicate effectively with management.
