Front Desk Associate

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, creating a positive and professional environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Your energy, organizational skills, and attention to detail will help foster an efficient and inviting atmosphere. Hours 3pm-11pm and some 7am-3pm. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette. Handle all front desk duties. Maintain a tidy reception area. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Experience Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tasks. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service support. Excellent customer service skills.
