Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with hospitality skills. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing support to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills are a plus, and previous office or clerical experience is preferred. The Front Desk Agent will contribute to creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Duties Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Assist with administrative tasks including proofreading, document preparation, and correspondence Support office management activities such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Manage incoming emails and correspondence efficiently Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and data entry with high accuracy Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality Prior experience in office support roles such as personal assistant or administrative assistant is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our team by providing exceptional front desk support in a professional environment.
