Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist We are seeking a dependable and friendly Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and their pets while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with professionalism and compassion Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries Maintain accurate client and patient records Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks Support the veterinary team with day-to-day front office needs

Qualifications:

Must be reliable and punctual Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience in a veterinary or medical office is a plus, but not required Genuine love for animals and excellent customer service skills

Schedule:
