Summersville, WV, 26651 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team at our Vision Center in Summersville, WV. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and assist with various administrative tasks. Additionally, this role may require cross-training to serve as a fill-in Technician when needed. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our scheduling system. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Assist with billing and insurance verification as needed. Support Vision Center operations by cross-training and filling in as a Technician when required. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Ability to cross-train and perform basic Technician duties as a fill-in. Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience as a Vision Center Receptionist or similar role preferred.
