Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team here at Peach Plumbing. This individual will be responsible for receiving calls, scheduling work, invoices, customer communication, and other secretarial tasks within a plumbing company. The role revolves around the amount of calls received during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and the scheduling, review, and other secretarial duties that involves. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional manner over the phone. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for staff. Perform office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation. Manage the daily job schedule for plumbers. Qualifications Experience in customer service or secretarial position is preferred. Computer literacy with ability to learn Google Suite applications. Communication skills, both verbal and written. Pay $15 - $22 an hour based on the candidate, 40 hours a week, no weekends ever. One hour lunch break. 8am to 5pm schedule every weekday.
